Parma station

Parma station has undergone a major renovation, which lasted a few years and completed in spring 2014, which revalued the entire neighborhood in which it is located.

The station is located in the north of the city, near the historic center and convenient to the ring roads and the motorway. The intervention concerned the square in front of the entrance - made pedestrian and redeveloped - the tracks that were covered with a glass canopy and the area behind it, once occupied by factories and public houses, now completely overhauled.

The Station Area currently consists of a large pedestrian square, flanked by two streets leading to the bus terminal and some buildings that house shops, offices, conference rooms, furnished apartments and a renowned 4-star hotel.

Immobiliare d'Impresa collaborates with the construction company in the marketing of shops and offices that occupy various sizes: from 100 square meters to 1,500 square meters, with the possibility of merging.

It deals with the presentation of the Area to customers, visits, interior space design, negotiations with the property.
