An entrepreneur from Parma, owner of a property to be rented, asked us to find the ideal tenant for his premises.

We had already collaborated with the property in the past, identifying the tenant who had occupied the spaces in the previous 4 years, and when the property became available again, we went back to dealing with marketing.

After a few visits with target customers, we presented the property to a well-known brand of employment agencies, which was looking for a place with shop windows in the north of the city. Once the franchisee confirmed interest in the venue, we interfaced with the master franchisor to draft the rental proposal and finalize the contract.

The owner willingly accepted the client presented by us and the deal was closed quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties.
